Online couch purchase

What an amazing experience! I bought a 4 seater couch, they phoned me to inform me that they would like to inspect the couch as there has been a consern and want to make sure the product is up to their high level of standard. Staying in contact with me they organized everything at my convenience. I want to thank Patrick and his team for the delivery and testing, with the help of Avril Phillips within Cape Town logistics department and Bianca Alfonso the furniture consultant. They were honestly the best, super professional and helpful. They tested and replaced the couch within a week and a half. They went out of their way and I am a super proud member of the group. You guys were great!
