Not received purchase from 4 September 2015

I bought a dressing table at the Menlyn Branch on 4 September 2015. It was out of stock and placed on order. The warehouse phoned about 3 weeks after the promised time of delivery to ask me to come and collect. The person with whom I arranged to pick it up (at a price) was out of town and I told them that he would pick it up the following week. Thereafter they phoned twice to inquire when it will be collected. On 16 October the person drove to the warehouse to collect it. He was told that it was not ready and that he had to wait. After some time, still not ready, he left, telling them that they now had to deliver it. Since then I have not heard anything. I tried to phone the Menlyn Branch, but they do not answer their phones. If this is not delivered to me by Wednesday next week, I am cancelling and @Home will need to pay back my money (and I am not paying as I already paid someone else and it is not our fault)<br> <br> Carina Labuscagne - Order number ***
