Not happy with the service

I bought a green couch on the @home TFG website, that arrived on Friday 8 Nov , but a blue couch was delivered. I didn’t notice because the couch was in a box and only read the box later that it’s blue. I called them same time and they asked me to open the box and send them a picture which I did. Then they told me that they will be get back to me in 1-3 working days but it’s almost the end of the week and there is nothing.

When I purchased the couch it said it was 20% off in the website but during checkout it was full price only to see now that it’s on sale and has been decreased.
