Not feeling @ home at Irene Village Mall - Thumbs down!

Poor customer care experience at @Home Irene Village Mall. I wanted to purchase the gold wire Xmas tree. I showed the sales person that the plastic container of the battery pack was broken. He was said, not to worry, let just just it off from the other tree. There were 3 on display, 2 broken. I then opted to purchase to glass angels with lights inside. I asked the lady to wrap it nicely for me in a box, since it is made of glass and will be presented as a gift. No care was taken to wrap it nicely, no box either. Highly disappointed with the lack of customer care and no pride at all in what they are doing. The new staff at @Home at Irene Mall, a big thumbs down to you. I always shop there and have never experienced such poor service. All the staff was interested in was selling their Black Friday goods, which do not interest me in the least.
