not@home - pathetic

I purchased items in Excess of R100 000-00 from @Home in Somerset West in July 2020. Some of the items were not in stock at the time and I was promised that it would be procured from another branch and I could collect then. Several calls and branch visits later during which I received promises from several staff members including branch manager I am still waiting for them to contact me. It is not 2 and a half months later. It seems that the attitude is that they have the payment and are now done with me. When looking at the reviews on this site I should probably not be surprised. The irony is that I still need to purchase several items as I am in process of furnishing a house. Unfortunately I will not support @home ever again. This is the worst service I ever received in a country where bad service is the norm.
