Non existent service delivery

If I could score 0 I would. Probably the worst customer service department in the country. Given how sh*t service delivery is in South Africa thats saying alot. It has been more than a week since I lodged a complaint and I can see that they have seen my complaint and yet have done nothing to try and resolve it. They are happy to charge interest and not resolve issues. The longer they wait the more they bleed you dry.
