2 stars for after sale service ..we purchased a Breville All in one Mulipurpose Hand held Blender about 2.5/3 years ago from @Home...what a lovely machine 5/5 for production...but once something breaks there is absolutely NO support..sadly we are now stuck with accessories but no way or getting a replacement handcontrol/motor in SA or getting it repaired by Breville..very very sad...
