NO SERVICE AT ALL!

I ordered dishes and glasses, left a contact name and number for the person who will be at home when they are delivered. Got an email that delivery will be today before 17H00 No delivery took place and there was no phone call the delivery status says RETURNED AND THE ORDRR FOR MY GLASSES HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION.
