NO SENSE OF AGENCY!!

Today i was @home Secunda Mall buying a simple gift 4 wine glasses i asked for the glasses to b rapped up the two guys at desk dint have sence of egency to help me hence i had a bridal shower to attend to ... I asked them nicely to wrap it for me they both said they cant they kept on calling nokuthula nokuthula instead of just wrapping the box i went to the floor my self asking one of the ladies who was talking to someone on the floor to come help me with wrapping because i running out time apparently that was nokuthula at least she help me fast nd efficient .. Thanks to her... im very much unhappy with non knowledgeable guys who cannot just wrap up a simple square box with no willingness attitude to help retail businesses dont need such people i work in retail my self customers come first we earn a living by them those goes need to get a message!!!
