No Response

I recently visited the store in Eastgate as I was interested in a new vacuum cleaner, the shop assistant took me through the demo and I decided to purchase the item. After 10 minutes he returned to advise that it can only be bought on line. I was not very happy but left the store and went home to purchase the item on line, one problem the item is not in the on line store. I then sent a message to the on-line store asking how I purchase this item, sadly seven working days later and zero response. I doubt I will ever purchase anything in this store on line or in a store ever again, they obviously do not need customers.
