no reaction what so ever!!!!!!

iv made a purchase online at the @Home store for whineglasses....they delivered a dusbin at my door...the dusbin is damaged by the courier...i'v tried to get hold at them to collect the dusbin and bring the correct order, but with no succes as there is no nr where you can phone them....i then wrote a review on their fb page and begged them to contact me, where they asked me on messenger to give them the details, after back and forth no action from @home and no correspondation to fix the problem!! i don't know what to do to anymore, the wine glasses was for my best friends birthday and 3 weeks later im stuck with the damaged dusbin and no one to help me!!!!! this is rediculous @home....i have a long list of begging the people of @home everywhere to meet my needs...i'v had numarous problems in the past also with stash not being packed nicely and be delivered at my door broken and damaged!!! what can one do to get a reaction from you??? im stopping my account and not paying untill you resolve this
