No feedback from them unless I call.

I received incorrect goods. Called them to make a plan to deliver to me in Steelpoort. A whole week later they lie to me and say the goods are with RTT Polokwane when they don't have it. I call Willard and he says he will call RTT JHB to enquire and call me back. He has not called meaning I must wait another week for the correct goods to be delivered. A purchase done in September is taking forever to reach it's final destination. Costing me money and time. If I don't call these people they don't call me to keep me updated on my order. Couriers are suppose to not take long to deliver but with them it's taking weeks. Are they fooling me and buying time to deliver to me?
