No communication on order for a month

Bought a desk from the online store in October. The distribution centre advised me that the glass was broken and they need to pull stock from CPT and they will advise me when they will deliver. It has been more than a month and NO correspondence from them. Just apologies. I was tagged in an internal email that was nothing to do with my order. Very confusing and frustrating.
