Never order anything from here!! Bad experience twice

Few years ago I ordered a bowl from @home but it was delivered with so many scratches (which they never replaced). I got over it and decided to recently order several items from @home and I was excited for the delivery. When I realized the items were not being delivered, even though when I tracked the items it said it was out for delivery, I made the dots that I provided incorrect details. I then tried to change the details numerous times over the phone and email- but was being passed around "to the relevant department". I eventually phone the courier company who inform me that they have tried contacting @home/TFG to get the correct info but TFG never responded. So how come @home/TFG never contacted me to get the correct info/ or even put the two together that I was trying to change my details. Fast forward a week later and items were never delivered but returned to their warehouse and I got a refund without even trying to redeliver them to me. Now the items are out of stock and I get a generic apology and a pathetic voucher amount. Do not order from them- you will be disappointed.
