Never buy furniture online from @home

Good day

On the 16th of July a placed an order for the amount of R17489. It was indicated that the order was "in stock" with expected date of delivery 30/7/2019.

As I am from Kimberley, I have to drive all the way to Bloemfontein to collect the furniture. I tried to arrange this on the 24th of July. I was told the furniture is available in Bloemfontein. The order was already at your warehouse in Bloemfontein, but not ready for collection at the Loch Logon waterfront. The entire trip was in vain.

Since then I received another email (dated 1 August 2019) stating that the order was ready to collect. Today I traveled to Bloemfontein to collect the order. Again it was not ready!!

I still have to collect the order myself! It is not a matter of waiting for the delivery!

I will never use @home online shopping again! It has been a month already and nobody has called to make any arrangements etc. A lot of money has been spend with nothing to show but frustration.
