Never Buy from @HOME

Your Service is shocking! I have ordered twice from you now and in both instances the delivery was scheduled for a certain date and without any notice this was changed. I had to call the store myself and find out what is happening. This is not okay if you pay more for a product and then you get bad service like this. I need answers on this and a sorry will not suffice. Please let me know how you will compensate me for the time and cost on labour that I have spent!!! Absolutely the worst store to buy anything from!
