Never Buy a Breville at @Home. In fact don't buy anything.

Unbelievably terrible Experience at @Home. We bought a Breville coffee machine a while back that has stopped working. Still under warranty, we took it back to get fixed. 9 Weeks later, after endless calls and visits we still don't have it back. First 4 weeks they didn't even know where it was. No one could help. Then ultimately they gave us an older machine back that had parts missing which they finally admitted wasn't ours. Still, no one takes ownership, everyone evades the issue. Excuses etc. etc.
