Never again

I bought a Fossil pedestal, mirror and chest of drawers for cash. This was on 10th of April. I received my chest of drawers and the mirror on the 14. I have been given a run around regarding the pedestal that I have fully paid for. I called the shop twice in different days and was promised that they will revert back to me. To date no feedback from the store. I have ran out of patience . All that I am asking for is my pedestal otherwise I have no option but to ask them to give me my money back and they must come and take the mirror and chest of drawer.
