Just want to compliment the amazing service we received from your canal walk mall employee Naairah Abdullah. We were interested in a Russell Hobbs mixer and she went online and showed us all the features. She then checked the stock availability of the item and saw it was in the outside store. She then arranged for the item to be in the mall, and after our shopping we just collected it. It’s rare to find such a pleasant attitude from instore staff, and she really went the extra mile in providing great customer service. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
