Most shocking service lies and overall bad service

I just moved to Cape Town about 3 months ago with nothing and had to start furnishing from scratch starting with the bedroom I bought two side tables from @home cavendish only after I paid was I told that collection was in parow, where there distribution centre closes at 4pm Monday to Friday, I work full time and Lucien did not seem willing to help needless to say I took off work, to go fetch the side tables, but as a last resort I phoned Kim who works @home and said I could just come pick up a set from the store, when I asked earlier Lucien said this would not be possible, a month later I started looking for a couch and found the one @home, I was reluctant to go back but for convieniance I did, luckily for me there was one Oxford corner couch left so I ordered it instore and did an eft instore, fnb to fnb, the manager assured me couch would be delivered on that Friday, needless to say I had to follow up on the Tuesday only to hear my money did not go through and that i lost out on the couch as someone else beat me to it, although it was direct between fnb and fnb which is immediate, the manager was so rude until I threatened hello Peter, I did receive a couch which I am unhappy
