Misleading labels
<p>I recently purchased two pillows from the Centurion branch. I specifically chose the wool pillows with the 100% cotton casing, as I avoid polyester as far as possible. </p> <p> </p> <p>When returning home I saw it was a featherdown / wool blend. I did research and found out featherdown is polyester. Is this a way of conning people to buy cheap polyester products at a high price, thinking they get a quality product? I am returning it today for a refund, unopened and unused. But my time and money and petrol. </p>

We have asked our buyer and they have advised the following:- The feathers on geese or ducks are the outer covering of the bird. They have quills, repel water, and make it possible for the animal to fly.
Down lies beneath this protective covering – usually on the belly of a bird - and is light and fluffy. It provides the insulation birds need to keep warm.
If you are still unhappy with your purchase you are welcome to return it to the @home store for a full refund.
We have also escalated this to the Field Management Team who will contact you directly
