Misleading information and SICK service!

On Monday I wanted to purchase a saucer and cup set in a wooden frame. I was told the wooden frame is only used for display purposes and does not come with the set. I found that extremely annoying because its like seeing a picture in a frame, but you can only purchase the picture and not the frame! I then spoke to the store manager and told him how unhappy I was and he said he would speak to Head office and get back to me. I went on to purchase plates and asked the store to keep it until I complete my shopping in the centre. I returned to the store late afternoon and Adrian confirmed that he spoke to the MD's PA and she said its Ok, but she just want to run it by the MD. He then advised me that he would call me the Tuesday. Today (Wednesday) after 4 calls and leaving messages with Themba and Bonita I eventually get through to Rani the Area Manager. Once I explained my pathetic experience to her, she was adamant that I wont be able to purchase the set and first felt the need to speak to Adrian and get his version. I will share this with family, friends, Herschel & Western Prov parents. Your service is misleading & PATHETIC!
