Despite visibly having a limp, Thandeka went above and beyond—she not only assisted me with incredible grace but even made the effort to go into the storeroom to find what I was looking for. Her dedication and care were truly inspiring.

But the story doesn’t end there. I was searching for a very specific item that wasn’t available in the Sandton store, and that’s when something magical happened. Like a perfectly orchestrated concert, Thandeka, Lebo, and Siba came together to find a solution. They contacted the Fourways Mall store, which had just a handful of the item left. With only 30 minutes until closing, the Sandton team coordinated with Fourways to reserve the item and ensure it would be waiting for me.
