Lying sales person

I was assured multiple times that I could return my purchase with its slip and packaging if it did not work for my intended purpose. I checked this with the sales person over and over because I obviously could not open the product and test it in the shop, I was assured cash back under 14 days. The product is a Brul?e micro torch, after putting gas in the torch I realised it has a bad design and did not do what I needed it to so I returned it in 9 days. A rude sales lady bluntly refused to take the item back, not even to exchange it for a voucher. @Home has very nice stuff in general but it is not worth it with that kind of service, I will be avoiding them at all costs, I suggest anyone considering then should do the same.
