Lounge suite that never arrived

Purchased a lounge suite at the Sandton City @home on the 13th of June 2020,asked for it to be delievered on the 3rd of August 2020 as i was moving into my new home. 18th of July 2020 we go into the Sandton City @home to pay for our delivery. Today 3rd of August 2020 we only revieve one single seater. We called into Sandton @home 3 times with the people saying we will get call backs regarding feedback as we requested for the balance of the furniture being another single seater and 3 seater. We went into the Sandton City store with being promised our furniture being delivered to us. Now all of a sudden the furniture in the warehouse is damaged and they want loan us another colour but we paid for a certain colour. We have been calling the store over and over since we left before 5pm. Paying alot of money for this furniture and we getting furniture on loan for a colour that we do not want and we must wait a month for actual piece of furniture we wanted. This is totally unacceptable the service that we have recieved from @home. Paid for stock in June and now we must wait another month for something that was in stock when we purchased. I am a dissatisfied client and i wont make any further purchases from this place. Nothing can compensate for the poor ********* service i have recieved from Sandton city @home.
