Lost gift card - gift card docket shows card is still active.
I am very disappointed in @Home, the Homeware store.
I received a @Home gift card in Sept 2019 as a wedding gift. Got married, moved and COVID-19 emerged. When I finally wanted to use the card this weekend. The card is missing.
I went to an @Home store with the Gift Receipt Docket that clearly provides the date of purchase, transaction no, value of gift card, last four digits of card no and the expiry date (the card is still valid). All this information is available yet no one is able to assist me.
I find it strange that @Home is not able to trace a gift card with all the data that is available. I've been a loyal client for years and now this! Heartbreaking to loose out on R850!
