Lost for words - Rudi Pretorius Centurion Mall

<p>For the first time in my life I walked into a retail store and was greeted by a warm invited gentleman.</p> <p>Quickly as I went to the payment point, the gentleman shortly followed and assisted me promptly. He was friendly, inviting and very humerous. The type of employee any company should value, Rudi Pretorius. Someone that actually has a passion for what he does and not just another job.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rudi actually took the time to guide me through the store to assist me with selecting a father's day gift and immediately picked up that I have a weakness for Rose gold and showed me incredible items insore.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was what I call service with a smile, going the extra mile!</p> <p>Well done!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for the incredible service rendered Rudi!</p> <p>I will definitely be back to your store to make more impulsive decisions on your recommendation! :-)</p>
