Just more lies!

After the saga of not receiving my plasma unit after a month of just being shunned and told off.. it was agreed that the store manager Stephne will meet me on Friday to do the refund. When speaking to her over the phone on Wednesday, she told me of the option where I can decide to have the refund in cash or on my credit card. I agreed that we must please split this. Since I need cash for later that day. When I arrived at the store I was just told by Stephne, sorry there is no cash. Give me your credit card. Once again, another lie by this branch in Somerset West. I am so fed up from hearing stories and fumbles and lies.. really.. how vad can your customer service be? Candice and Stephne shame on you for spoiling the @Home brand!
