Interest charged on paid account!!!!

@home account was paid via eft and instruction was followed exactly from website<br> <br> The payment was then not picked up! I was then called twice by two very rude collectors, When I explained what I had done I was spoken to very rudely and told I have been charge interest and I will pay it <br> I was told by Inshaaf that it is not her fault that the website gave the incorrect instruction <br> I was told that I have an old @home card and that is why the payment did not reflect and that it is my fault that I have the old card and not the new and therefore I will pay the interest <br> I have not once been told in store that my card is old more have I been sent a new one <br> <br> @home as usual your customer service is terrible and my shopping experience with you ruined<br> I will never shop with you again
