Injury on Premises

Yesterday at around 17.22 I went to bought an item at the said store . The store staff was moving stock around , they also removed a sign indicating that there are steps on the showroom floor , as a result I fell ans sustained injuries to my knee and tore a muscle in my upper leg . The staff in this store was very unprofessional and laughed . The fact that this company breached certain sections of the Health and Safety Act need to be investigated , I will instruct my lawyers today to take the matter further . My argument is that the staff here could have been more professional in their approach by offering assistance , if they did I would have accepted that this could have happened to any one . The admin manager also refused to give the cell number of senior management so that I could settle the matter with someone more senior . The store manager was off at the time of the incident. Companies need to adhere to the regulations as stipulated by law , companies propagate that their customers are first but in this instance it did not happen
