Injured customer - No feedback

Good day.

On the 31st of January, I went to @home to buy a birthday present. On my way to the till/POS, I bumped my foot against a display shelf in the walkway. I sustained a deep laceration on the bridge of my right foot . The staff in store went to get their substandard first aid box (half of the contents was missing). I used a bandage to try and stop the bleeding. I returned to work, more than a hour later the wound was still bleeding, so I went to our site clinic. After consultation, they advised me to go to the Mediclinic. After work I could go to the Mediclinic - the doctor administered 4 sutures. I have sent TFG Group emails on numerous occasions, only received one response saying :

"Thank you for your follow up.

Kindly note that your query is with our operations department who deals with all @Home queries"

More than a week has passed and I have received no feedback - DISGUSTED!

When will be a good time for @HOME and the TFG group to look into this matter. I would love to deal with someone that can assist me with your company policies etc on your outlet specific regulations. Yuck!
