TFG is deducting R40 from my account every month for a magazine I never subscribed to. Despite repeatedly rejecting their offers during phone calls, they have continued to charge me for months. This feels like theft, as they are taking advantage of customers who don’t regularly check their detailed statements.

I would like a refund for the unauthorized charges.
