INCORRECT PANEL BED

I made a purchase for x2 panel beds @ highveld mall on 28/08 the agreement was that I can collect from the DC in midrand . Got to the DC they were not willing to assist . Finally they only gave me one bed after the shop called them . When I got home and assembled I realised that I was given the incorrect size , even the board does not fit . Was told that they will come collect and deliver another bed . I am still waiting. I have been sent from pillar to post without any assistance
