Incorrect listing

I opened an account with @home store and lost my income couldn’t pay the account then my account was sold to DMC I am currently paying dmc but I’m still listed as if I’m not paying I called dmc for them to fix that and they are refusing so word of advice stay away from @home account I also requested the manager from dmc to call me I never got any call
