I WAS ACCUSED OF SWOPPING PRICES AT @HOME IRENE MALL

On 6 September my daughter and myself went to @Home IRENE MALL to buy linen on their sale. We took a duvet cover, throw and also wanted to buy a duvet inner. They were also marked down. When we went to pay at the till the manager of the store, a white lady with blond curly hair accused us of swopping the prices and using a stapler that she said we could get at the Woolworths (??) or the Centre Management Offices (??) to staple on a new price. I asked her to check her cameras and to check my bag for a stapler which she did not do. I felt to embarrassed since she was speaking very loudly from accross the counter. I asked her if the store did not make a mistake when marking the prices down but she insisted that the clients are dishonest and they at the store do not make mistakes. I called the area manager, I think her name is Chantelle to report this. She promised that they will call me with an apology. It is now two weeks and they have not even done that. I will now go to the Irene store again, will rather go all the way to Menlyn.
