Horrible service from @home, Bash store

It's been over week now that I have been waiting for my refund from @home. There is no communication forthcoming from their head office as to when it will be done. I cannot get their contact details to follow up on my own, I can only follow up via the store. Over a week ago I was told that the refund takes 5 days, I'm on 8th day with no communication and commitment of when my refund will be done
