Horrible customer service at @homelivingspace Secunda

09/12/2024 - Utterly patchetic service! Will never support @home again. They can not replace my order that arrived broken at the same price I bought it for.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at @home Secunda today. I generally love the store and have never had any issues. I went to the store this morning - Sunday 08/12/2024 to collect my online order that I purchased on 01/12/2024 during your Black Friday sale. When I got home and opened my parcel, one of the three cake domes that I ordered was broken. I immediately went back to the store where no one was able to assist me in resolving this issue. I just get told "You can order a new one sir, but at the original price." I DO NOT THINK SO! I don't want a refund. I want it replaced, at the price I bought it for. Now I have to wait until Monday to phone the online department to assist me, hopefully they are more competent!
