Horrible after sale support and poor quality couch

I am so very very disappointed with the service we've received recently after buying a modular couch. So disappointed at the service and even worse with this couch...

My husband and I bought a couch from your store in mall of africa. We were assisted by Bontle. The couch was delivered at our place but we were not in. Your delivery guys just dumped the couch the legs were *****ed and the couches were not hooked together. Couch kept on moving. My husband tried to hook some but *****s were missing. Communicated this with Bontle, promised to send people from the warehouse until today nothing has been done...

Now another issue....it is a pain sitting on this couch with feathers sticking out and poking us every now and then...

You guys have to do something. This product is bad quality and we have not been receiving any joy coming from you either.
