Faulty products sold and when requesting a replacement there are a million excuses and zero resolve. Product was replaced by a product missing parts.

02 Jan 2024, 15:42Originally purchased at @Home Cradlestone Mall, wasted an hour trying to return unit there on Saturday 30 December 2023. No luck getting anything done there. Was offered a unit from @Home Livingspace at Lyfestyle crossing, upon receipt of the unit parts were missing.
