Highly disappointed

I’m very disappointed at @home. I bought a beautiful green couch by them in December and two days later I realized That the delivery guys scratched the couch when they opened it.i emailed Them all the paper work and pictures and they said they will exchange the couch immediately. I have called......went back to the store several times and they kept on saying they working on it. It’s April now and still no couch. I’m highly disappointed and can’t believe that it’s April and I still haven’t heard any feedback. Durea
