Hard mattress and China town looking bed!

For the 1st time in years I was very disappointed by @home. I ordered a bed and mattress online. It was delivered in 2 days which is impressive BUT the quality was extremely disappointing. The mattress is rock hard, honestly @home must be charged with attempted ******! Then the bed does not look as grand and as beautiful as it was advertised online, I feel like I was catfished! I have no choice but to return both of the purchases
