Handling of difficult customer

I had to witness one of the worst ****** Customer today at this Shop, (@Home Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg).This customer wanted the cashier, Tshego to leave all of us in the queue to assist her in the process uttering that she knows the manager and the lady will be fired if she doesn't assist her. Indeed the customer, white Lady, was so out of control and the poor cashier did her best in calming her down. She managed to cool the customer down and assist her after me. But the manner in which the white lady was speaking really was very rude and ******. I wouldn't have accepted to assist her myself with those comments and also that she knows the higher people and she will be fired. Who does that? We were all in the queue and this white rude lady wanted the cashier to leave us and assist ???? <br> <br> HIGH 5 to The Cashier Tshego.
