Hand me over for closed account??

<p>So since 2012 till 2015 i was on debt review. I paid up all my accounts and even received R0 balanced statements. </p> <p>In february i started getting sms's from @Home stating that my account was in arrears??? How is that possible? If and when you are on debt review you are not able to open any accounts not use them. Even after receiving the R0 balance statement i sent an email requesting that they close my account because i did not need it anymore. I have PROOF!!!! And when i spoke to the customer services department... they told me that the account was closed and that they have stopped all the magazines etc as well. HA HA HA now today i receive this message.... </p> <p> </p> <p>URGENT REMINDER:Your @HOME acc *** is OVERDUE.To avoid collections charges, please pay R40 today or call ***.NCRCP36</p> <p> </p> <p>This is such a big joke!!! If they dont resolve this after this complaint then i am taking it to the papers. I dont care how much it will cost me. But if they DARE to put my name on ITC because of their own stupidity i will SUE the HELL out of them!!!!!</p>
