Great service from Sergio and the team at @Home Canal Walk

After a hugely disappointing experience with the TFG online ordering payment system, I must comment on the excellent service I received from Sergio Isaacs and the rest of the team at @Home Canal Walk. They listened to my story and took my frustration on board, recognising that I was a loyal customer. They assisted me and Sergio followed up regularly. I finalised my transaction at this branch and have had my confidence restored. I still need to order one more piece of furniture once it comes into stock next month and will be sure to return to Sergio and the Canal Walk branch, but will never again order anything via the TFG website.
