Great service

I was very impressed with the great service I received from the distribution center in parow , cape town.

I called to enquire about my order I spoke to a guy in the reception unfortunately I did not get his name. He was so efficient before he put me through to the lady who was going to assist me, He took my contact details in case if I did not manage to get through . The lady by the name of Monique was out of the office within 5 minutes she returned my call. She could not assist with certain details and promised to call back soon. Of which she did call within less than 5 minutes.
