Great Experience

Good day,<br> <br> I was at the @Home branch in Fourways on the 27th September 2015 and I found an item which I really wanted to purchase. The shop assistant alerted me to the fact that there were no other items in stock and just the one on the shelf. I decided to purchase just that one and then move on to another @Home and look for more.<br> <br> When I was ready to make payment the assistant who was at the till was super friendly and asked if it was a gift and if I would like it wrapped. I had said it was a gift and I was hoping to get 3 more. The assistant promptly got onto the phone and arranged 3 more LED Hanging Decor ball items from another store and made arrangements for me to get them. <br> <br> I was really impressed with the way in which this assistant managed the purchase that I thanked him and asked him for his name. He let me know that no thanks was required as it was his job as a manager to make sure customers were happy. I thought that was incredibly humble of him to say. <br> <br> So I would like to thank Mzula Sithole for being a fantastic retail manager!!<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Amande Settas
