Great experience!!!

I was at the Forest Hill mall yesterday and asked them to call Irene mall regarding your Goose down & Duck Feather inners that are on promotion. I was specifically looking for a Queen size.<br> <br> Irene Mall had in stock, but we needed to drive from forest hill to Irene and the shop was closing in the next 25 min. They politely indicated they would wait for me and told me they were offline, so I needed to bring cash. When we got the shop, the staff had been waiting for me, had the product packaged and started writing out the manual invoice.<br> <br> The cashier had such a great attitude and was in no way upset at the fact that I came at 16h55. It was such a pity that I didn't get her name. It was such a pleasurable experience and will definitely be going back to Irene Mall. That's what I call service!!
