Great Customer Service : @Home HO & Design Quarter

We purchased some ramekins from @Home Design Quarter in Fourways and when we used them for the first time, the 'oven' proof ramekins, one had cracked. Needless to say we were not happy.. however, we moved home etc and i decided to contact the TFG (@Home) head office customer services. I was referred to an online email and thought that I would be lucky to hear from them within a week....<br> <br> We were pleasantly surprised.. we submitted the complaint and within less than a 24 hour period I received a call from Susan at the @Home Design Quarter branch in Fourways inviting us to please return the faulty ramekins and they will replace them.<br> <br> Thank you to the customer services team and to Susan for restoring our faith in customer service... this is exceptional service! Much appreciated
