GIVE MY MONEY BACK

<p>We bought 2 livingroom tables and 10 chairs from the @Home store in Mall of Africa. Upon delivery they broke the one table and the whole lot was returned. Unfortunately it was the last 2 in the wearhouse and they had to refund me. We went to the store to do the refund but today 8 days later the +-R64000 still does not reflect in my account. I dealt with Patricia,Moses, Grace, Mpho. Everyday someone new but till this day my money has not been returned to my account. I spoke to FNB again this morning and my personal banker says no pending transactions reflect. The store was also going to arrange for tables to be collected from different branches to see if they can find 2 new tables that allign and match in colour but despite promises nothing is arranged. I used to spend thousands in this store on a monthly basis and the truth is I will never return. GIVE MY MONEY BACK.</p>
