Gift Registry

i did a WEDDING Gift Registry(GR***) at the Glen Shopping Centre in 2014 then now was trying to get my !% of what was bought from the Gift Registry and early this year i went to Eastgate branch and they said their system is off line, on the 18/10/2015 i went to Mall of the South and Luvuyo told me they cant help me as the voucher has already been issued i need to contact the call centre for them to help me, then on the 26/10/2015 i contact the call centre and they transferred me to the online department and Amir said they cant help me as they dont issue the voucher i need to go back to the branch where i created the Gift Registry and he said he cant even check anything on his system as he doesnt deal with the vouchers. i need my 10% money which is R279 and some cents,BAD SERVICE AND IT SEEMS AS IF YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT LINKED.
